Hello Readers,

I am glad to say that I have joined a new organisation yesterday. I have completed all the formalities and thing went on smoothly.  I hope that I would continue to work with my current company with same enthusiasm and zeal as I worked with my previous organisation

Graham Ford’s doosra has left the Indian cricket establishment stumped, and John Emburey has added salt to the wounds by declining the offer to coach India too.

Red-faced officials will still be scurrying around for excuses and explanations, but harsh as it may sound, the simple truth is that the Board of Control for Cricket in India got what it deserved.

For some time now, it has appeared that the BCCI was spinning out of control; the fiasco over the appointment of the new coach only confirms this.

So get going……………………..

Today morning when I got up I decided to go to office early. I started from my home around 7:30 and I thought I would reach office by 8:15 AM. The fortune of my fate is bad and why read. My colleague showed me a new route which goes via Vijaynagar colony and Red Hills yesterday night and there’s little traffic in that area. I thought of going by the route today morning. From Mojamzahi market went to Nampally but as Fate had it I took a wrong turn. Instead of taking a turn near Nampally chowrasta, I took a left turn at ChandraLok complex.

The road was smooth and there wasnt any traffic, I thought I was going in the correct route until I saw Falaknuma Palace. I was aghast. I went ahead with a gut feel and reached Bahadurpura and from there I reached Bangalore Highway. To my luck I was a direction board at a signal crossing, I took right and went to Mehdipatnam and from there I reached office safely.

The entire journey took 40kms, double distance to my office and almost 2 hrs. I couldnt enjoy the drive as I was alone………..

The much awaited movie of the year 2007 hit the silver screens on Friday and I thought I was lucky to get the tickets on the day of the release, but was proved wrong. Spiderman 3 is in the town and this time this superhero fights against 4 villians - Sandman, Green Goblin Junior(Harry), Venom(Eddie Brock) and himself. The movie started in bits and pieces and I couldnt understand the entire flow, as the editing was haphazard. The director couldn’t do justice to the script in the first hour. The movie gains pace when the symbiote attaches itself to Peter Parker.

The second half of the movie portrays a different, egoistic Peter Parker, which was done with utmost perfection from Tobey. He senses a change in himself when he accidentally hits Mary Jane.

The plus points in the movie are : The action and graphics are well pictured and makes to sit on the edge of your seats. The black suit worn by Peter is awesome. Its better than the usual one. The Venom and Sand Man looks terrific and not to Mention Harry with his new Goblin suite.

India Shining !!!!. If my memory is good this is the caption used by one of the major parties of India in the previous Parliament Elections. The question is Is India really shining? . The answer for this question is simple but hard.

In my perspective let us believe that India is shining. The stock markets, economists and the industrialists all say that India is the place to invest in. We see lot of MNC investing in India. We see dynamic changes in the life styles of Indians. We see more cars on the roads than 10 yrs ago, only to add to traffic woes. The ratio of cost of living to the salary is inversely varying. The poor are becoming poorer and rich are getting richer. Many talented, educated youth are attracted towards MNC’s neglecting scientific research. Where is this taking us ?.  Is India really Shining ?

Then come to sports. Our population is over 100 crores and still we havent put a mark in Olympics. Though necessary steps are taken to revive  sports in India, its not sufficient. We have only 2 - 3 tennis players of International standards, condition of Hockey is pathetic

Take Japan for example. A country where there is no agricultural land, 2 atom bombs were dropped on it, and was the worst effected country after the World War. Now Japan is the most happening country in Asia. Its not the case with Japan, Singapore, Mauritius the small neighboring countries are overtaking us in economic growth. Is India really shining?

I have updated the theme of my blog from Neat to Neo Sapian. This theme is not only good looking but also uses the space available effectively. With this theme I was able to see my blog roll, which the previous theme never displayed, the black and red combination looks cool. And for the first time this theme has got enough space to upload a header image.

Like you, this man too, had a dream.

Like
you, he too pushed his way into the crowded train

Like
you, he too wanted to get going before he got delayed

Unlike
you, he slipped and fell in the gap between the train and the platform at Kandivli station.
And eight bogies went over him

Find out what happened to this man on

The man obviously has a guardian angel and supportive bystanders who told him exactly what he shouldn’t do — move. And so, the man lay absolutely still as eight bogies of the train passed over him — centimeters from his head. Within seconds the 12-coach train passed and the man clambered out, unaided, unhurt, but too shocked to speak to us after his near-death experience
Untidy safety habits
Can trip you up

Yes, a small mistake would effect anyone’s fortune in either ways. I had encountered this kind of experience some days back. I deposited a cheque for certain amount in a renowned Private bank. The fortune clicked for me and that day the employee put the cheque values as 10 times the original one - This I checked with the Internet Banking facility. I was surprised and at the same time my conscience was provoking me consistently to inform the mistake to the Bank authorities. I kept mum. The next day I received an SMS saying that my balance in the account is nil due to the encoding error in the deposited cheque. My heart stopped for a second and I rushed to the bank to confirm the same.

The bank authorities informed me that it the mistake of the employee’s and the cheque would be deposited correctly this time. They also informed me that there’s nothing to worry about the balance.

Thats a small mistake committed by others could favor us initially but at last its the truth that always wins
